I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of decent size for a family stay and the location near our seminar was convenient. However, the lack of instructions in the room was a downside after a quick check-in.

The staff was so kind and helpful, especially the maintenance and cleaning crew. They assisted us promptly when we needed help with the air-conditioning and even directed us to the bus and train timetables.

The location was a bit far from public transport and the city center, making it less convenient for exploring Rome. However, it was convenient for reaching downtown with access to a bus stop that linked to Metro Ponte Mammolo or Porta di Roma, the largest mall in the city.

The dining experience was generally great, but there was one server who seemed unfriendly. However, the rest of the staff were very sweet and helpful, making up for the occasional unfriendliness. The breakfast offered a good selection of cereals and waffles.
